[CLIENT] Spectating Team Builder Games

When attempting to spectate Team Builder games during the delay period it shows as "in Champion Select" for your summoner and shows as if you can choose a champion. It also shows Pick Type as the unfriendly name for Team Builder. The music also doesn't stop playing sometimes.
