HUD Settings dialog graphical glitches

The settings dialog has some issues:

• All the dropdown boxes have broken highlights: http://i.imgur.com/UoxxKt5.png
• Dropdown boxes aren't big enough for the options/ have no scroll bars: http://i.imgur.com/wHLjVoc.png
• Slider Bars sometimes ghost further down the page: http://i.imgur.com/e8dROU8.png

*These bugs occur at all the resolutions as far as I can tell as well in fullscreen and windowed as well in spectator mode.
