Evelynn passive no working.

last game i had the enemies Evelynn couldn't be seen with out true sight like always ,but even if she was next to you it took a few seconds before you could see her like your supposed to. most of the time she would be right under you and until she attacked you couldn't see her. i double check the what her passive states and its still says enemy champs can see with in range.
