Insane lag in chat/clicking on client

Anyone else experiencing this? chat messages are de-syncing and appearing out of order, and clicking in the client is insanely lagged too.

I have to click several times for anything to happen, and then it can potentially freeze my client after that.

Also getting MASSIVE ping spikes in games, others are experiencing this too, on both teams.

Currently in a game and I'm disconnecting/reconnecting every few seconds with a ping of around 4000. Others in game right now doing the same.
