Being in a game but client says im not im a match

My client has recently been freezing only on the loading screen and occasionally doing this, where i will be in a game (was duoed for aram and can see my friend still in game) but instead of starting the match it just goes back to the client home page instead of giving me a reconnect option and relogging does nothing. Honestly not sure what to do about this because the hextech tool did nothing and reinstalling the game several times did nothing, Smh
