Qiyana Bugged Already

So I was jungling with her, went to clear raptors, w the wall, use my q. Then noticed it had no cool down. I know this is in the practice tool but I did not have auto refresh on, as seen in the video. I use my W and it has a CD like normal. Same with flash. But the Q has no cool down. I think this could be pretty game breaking.
