Runes wont update when changed and saved help

this has happened before i made a different rune page but it didnt update into the so i still have my old runes (yes i did save) and this time i bought a 3rd rune page and the client wont even show it when im in draft mode wtf help

Same with me. Process is saved but when I enter champ select it's all gone again. Sigh.
