Draven gameplay bug

So i don't know if this is all Draven skins but i do know at least his soul reaver skin has this bug. ALL of his abilities are invisible. some times i could see his ult but for the most part all i could see is is some particles such as tiny amounts of blue sparkles, or the drag marks on his ult but not the actual blades. Also the player i was against said the same thing happened to him his last game while playing as Draven.
