Small problem with Dynamic Que

I've noticed since the last patch (6.9) that when someone locks in, the selection quote is not played for me. I can still hear my own character's selection quote when I lock in, and if I switch around in the list I can hear them all fine, it's only when other people lock in that I cannot hear the quote.
