Yet another crash

I started a ranked queue and as I entered champion select my setup was weird. The interface seemed zoomed to the point that i couldnt click on masteries or runes and barely able to change summoner spells. I had to dodge queue because it would spoil the game for the whole team as a chose Zac and ap champion with runes and masteries being Aatrox previously. Leaving I found myself with a 30min ban from queue. I really don't want this to continue and I love league but at this rate i'm going to be banned for something that i have no control of.
