Client freezing up?

I don't know what is happening exactly but, whenever i get into champ select, my client (everything else on my pc works fine still) freezes up and wont allow me to lock in my pick or even ban anyone. I was in my promos and didn't even get to play one game in them and i get queue times for "dodging" in champ select. Anyone know what this is?
