Champion Select Bug

Sometimes when I am champion select, it would say lol.exe stopped working and I would have to close out. When I would close my league, I am still in champion select. I would log back in and I would be brought back to the main league screen instead of the champion select screen while my friend would see that I am still in champion select. Please fix this and have it so I can reconnect to the champion select screen. Also, when I hit the play again button, I would be brought to like this custom game looking screen. Fix that too please.
