Muramana cannot active in URF mode?
playing a game with urgot saw i could not activate my muramana! wanted to let riot know.
additional kog maws ult is bugged after a certain amount of cast the spell wont cast and says he is out of mana.

Muramana activation was changed a few patches ago. (Forgot exactly when.) It now activates automatically when you attack a champion, you can't activate it manually.
There is no active on it anymore. It's a passive once fully stacked.
It has been how many patches, and you don't know that Muramana isn't an active anymore?
Also, mana costs technically still exist in URF. For abilities that have stacking costs, you can end up greater then your mana pool, and have to wait for it to reset (Swain or Kog'Maw ult for example)
