Masteries bug

Getting so upset, its something to do with my account because when I go on my smurf I dont get this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't do anything. every time I click on a masteries page I get this error and it is causing me to spawn without masteries which makes my team get salty and mad a me for no reason because i cant do anything about it and its on riots side. I have sent a ticket in 2 days ago and they haven't said anything back. I want to play ranked but im on my friends account so he doesnt want me to im getting so upset.
