Masteries bug

Getting so upset, its something to do with my account because when I go on my smurf I dont get this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, didnt do anything. everytime I click on a masteries page I get this error and it is causing me to spawn without masteries which makes my team get salty and mad a me for no reason becuase i cant do anything about it and its on riots side. If anyone has a recommendation for me please im willing to try anything
