[Gameplay] Flash went on CD without moving me

I was playing AP tristana and tried to flash out of a Zyra ult. I hit save real quick on shadowplay, and uppon looking at it later I would have died anyway, but it still bugged. My charcter never moved, but the CD started. I can upload a video if needed, I can't even recreate it (150 ping makes instant timings hard to recreate).
