Vayne's Condemn Bug

Ok so I played as Janna with having an adc vayne with me and we were up against an ezreal with j4 i think. During laning phase, their next wave was coming up and ezreal was out of position so I slowed him and vayne condemned him, but he got stunned in the middle of the lane as well as in the middle of his minion wave.

He also arcane shifted to his minion. He did not hit his tower or the walls. That is certain. I will try and replicate this bug, but I think when ezreal tries to arcane shift on his upcoming wave and being condemn to the wave, he will be stunned.
