IRELIA BUGGED RIOT

I was in a game and on the enemy team had an irelia and she was able to stun any champ no matter the hp % difference, i saw this first hand when she stunned a teemo who had 70% and she was 90% and then she was able to stun me while i was sitting at 50% hp, i know i was stunned because i was unable to use my flash to flash away from her nor was i able to use my r dash being diana to be able to dash to a cross scuttle crab.
