Sometimes Spellthief's Edge item don't register hits regardless if it was auto attack or champion's spell. Consequently neither it does give money, neither it takes a charge, yet damage is still being done to opponent's champion. I have posted about this bug previously but not sure if moderators have took it into account so I am sorry if I am repeating myself. I play only Zilean on EUNE so I am not sure if it affects only Zilean or also other champions too.

I noticed it once a bit ago on Nami.

I think there is a range you need to be in when the ability does damage for it to proc. Based on what I noticed anyhow. Not certain if bug or not though.
