[Gameplay] Gragas Q disappearing completely, bugging skill for entire game

As the title says, I was playing Gragas and rolled my barrel out, only to have it disappear instantly and completely, no damage or vision, after reaching the end of its range, and then my Q ability permanently stayed as the "Reactivate to detonate the barrel" part of the skill.

This particular instance of the bug happened on the Howling Abyss, we were on top side, and I rolled my barrel (Level 5) into the top side bush at the middle of the map where the two bushes meet, there were enemies in the bush, and there was no enemy Yasuo to block it and potentially bug it.

I haven't any footage, and I can't say I've ever experienced this before, since I hardly ever play Gragas.

That is the extent of my ability to describe the situation, I haven't been able to recreate the bug in a custom match.
