Sion blue/red visual bug

Well, as the title says, Sion has the ability to have the buff circles and runes under his feet, despite not having the buffs. These circles and runes are visible to all players, not just Sion himself.

 I just played a game as Sion in which I had **blue buff** and was attempting to steal the enemy red buff. I was caught and killed by 3 people, and the kill awarded to the **enemy Khazix, who got my blue buff**, but also apparently forgot about my passive. He attempted to recall in a bush next to me with about 1/5 of his hp left, which I quickly took away. On his death, **I gained my blue buff back in my undeath state**, however when I **died for real**, the buff and buff icon above my character status in the bottom right vanished, as expected. However **upon respawning**, I was surprised to see that **I still had the visual blue buff around my feet.**

I tested and successfully recreated this in a custom match with a friend of mine, and confirmed that it also works with red buff.

In the screenshots attached, take note of the 2nd picture, in which you can see that I seem to have TWO blue buffs, as shown by the double floating runes.
