Destroying the Turret bug

Frequently, when someone destroys a turret, it says someone else did it on the icon above. This has happened many times, for example I destroy a turret, but it says my adc destroyed it when they were half a map away. One game, it happened three times, with me destroying the turret, but someone else getting it, when they were not there. Post-game, it said they destroyed the turrets.
