Bugs on shaco?

I've noticed that shaco has at least two bugs this new patch concerning some of his changes, for one Q in the patch notes says it is suppossed to be 11 seconds "COOLDOWN 14 seconds ⇒ 11 seconds" but it is remaining 14 seconds in game, i dont have a clip but yeah, next are his boxes; "Now gains 0-400 bonus health (from levels 1-18)" but i have noticed the health per level starts randomly like sometimes at level 3 or sometimes at level 5 but overall these are not serious problems imho hes still pretty strong but i just noticed these and wanted to point them out.
