Kled Locket of the Iron Solari active does not scale with bonus HP

Locket of the iron solari shield scaling does not seem to work on kled. Maybe bonus hp scaling is bugged because of Skaarl? This should be fixed because locket is a nifty item and the shield is pretty much gutted without the scaling now
