Champion Select Freeze/Lag

So over the past couple of weeks I have been having issues during champion select where it lags and shows someone not picking their champion or banning and the timer sit at 0 while the champ select moves on and I have no idea. It has caused be to be repeatedly punished by leavebuster but there is nothing I can do because it does not allow me to ban or lock in my champion.
