Sivir W not triggering key stones.

Not sure if this is a bug or if this is just kinda how her W works but her W does not seem to trigger much of any of the key stones. The bounce wont trigger meteor,aery, electrocute, and from what I can tell that one that slows people. It does not seem to trigger really anything. It seems to neither be an ability or even and attack. Just kinda a thing that does damage and looks nice.
