Classic Zoe Music

So when zoe was released, there was music when she first spawned and when she took her first step etc. like all of the star guardian skins as well. But now since she's been out for quite some time, I only occasionally hear her music IF I get lucky in a game. Is her music a bug? Or are we supposed to hear it whenever we use her classic skin. In my opinion she's one of my favorite mid laners at the moment and would LOVE absolutely LOVEEE to hear that music whenever a game starts !! <3
