Corsair Quinn recall bug sound

I have the Corsair Quinn skin and for a couple months now Quinn is missing her whistle when she recalls, she does the motion and it might be like this for all her skins but for mine she makes the motion but no sound comes....or the whistle IS there but just really really really quiet...idk i can't tell but its DEFIANTLY not what it should be DX and was one of my favorite things about quinn was her whistle to spam XD lol! Please look into it soon!
