[GAMEPLAY] Unresponsive Game

I am currently trying to play a bots game to try out vi and see what I can do to improve on her. The problem is I can't move at all, I can't shop, type, anything. I can watch everyone else doing everything but I myself can't do anything. I have shutdown the client itself and even relogged several times and nothing is working. I just played a ranked game less than 12 hours ago and there was absolutely no issues so I'm not sure why it is a huge issue all of a sudden.

Just had the same issue when playing Gangplank on Howling Abyss. It seemed to occur when I tabbed out of the game. I tried going to a custom game after and the game was still unresponsive. Was also unable to do anything while watching the replay. I used the Full Repair in the client settings and it fixed the issue.
