Blackfrost Anivia Q Graphical Bug

(TL;DR) Blackfrost Anivia's Q graphic in-game travels further than the hitbox of the ability actually goes.

I'm sure there's other posts somewhere on the forum about this too, but it kind of boggles my mind that this has existed for as long as it has without being fixed.

Recently I managed to snag a Blackfrost Anivia skin shard out of the lunar orbs, and was pretty excited about it. The visual appeal of a champion has a lot to do with how much I enjoy playing them, and I really like the aesthetic of Blackfrost Anivia compared to the overly polygonal and outdated nature of her base skin and most of her skins. So that's all fine and good, glad to have this skin for her so I can enjoy playing as her a little more (especially for that bm joke of hers).

What is not fine and good is that her Q is pretty severely bugged visually. I play with quick-cast (as most other people do I'd imagine), so the visual graphic of the ability is vastly more important than the pre-cast visual indicator. The latter is perfectly accurate to the ability as her other skins don't have this problem, but on Blackfrost, for whatever reason, the center of the ability looks like it travels out to the very edge of the circle when it should follow the visual indicator exactly. This leads to plenty of frustrating moments where you have someone literally standing in the ability, but it doesn't hit.

I know that Anivia isn't a popular champion by a longshot, but this is a pretty serious bug for what a lot of people would consider as her best skin. It makes it basically unplayable, and I've seen forum posts going back to 2017 talking about this bug without it being addressed. I'm no game designer, but this seems like an easy fix to me.

Please Rito, bless The Cryophoenix with some love so I can play her without having to pick between looking pretty and actually landing a stun.

I'd just like to mention that this hitbox is still buggy. It's been over half a year.
