Load-In Screen Resets My Mouse DPI

Hi,

I've noticed that recently (since I updated/restarted my computer about a day ago) every time that I get past champ select and onto the load-in screen, for some reason my mouse speed resets back to default. Every time I start a match I have to go into my control panel and change it, because I usually play with a high DPI.

This occurs each time I start a match, right when the cursor changes from the default one to the League cursor.

I'm still running Windows 8.1. I also recently installed the Blitz desktop app but this bug still occurs even when I have the program closed, so I don't think that's the issue.
