Re-rolled 3 champion skin shards into a Champion Skin Shard?

Has anyone have this happened to them before?

I used the 150 tokens from this current event to buy 15 key fragments. Used them to craft 5 keys and two of the loot crates gave me a skin shard. I already own one skin shard and decided to re-roll all three skin shards for a permanent skin. It turned out to be a Championship Shyvana Skin Shard... No permanent skin.

Probably you don't own Shyvanna and it was simply a permanent skin shard but you still need to buy the champion to activate it You can still disenchant it and gives decent OE
