[CLIENT] Champion selection freezes

In a ranked game during the champ select part "Declare your champion" right when the countdown hit 0 the lobby froze. Two minutes later it unfroze and I got a que dodge timer, this really made me mad because I never quit matches or dodge and I don't want this effecting my honor. EDIT: After looking at my matches It counted the "match" as a loss during my promo's, ending my promo's. Yet when I go to que for a new game it says that I am still guaranteed one of my selected positions during my promo's.
