Brand Ult Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I can't entirely tell if it's a bug or not, but it was definitely a tilter. The video should explain it all but basically my ult only bounced twice that entire game. Even when there were minions around the target it wouldn't bounce to them, much less champions. Can someone let me know if this is an actual issue or if i'm just bad?

That's a bug.

Try replicating it in practice tool otherwise Riot won't do shit.

I've played a lot of Brand and noticed his ult sometimes doesn't bounce, but I always chalked it up to out of range.

Minions were clearly in range there.
