Just got locked out of queues for 14 minutes because the screen bugged and the only thing I could do

was dodge.

Well, I didn't think it would actually dodge, but apparently it did.

I hit Play -> ARAM -> Solo -> Match me with teammates, it put me in queue, alt-tabbed, and when I was back, Champion Select music was playing, but all I saw was the Home screen (Play at the top, SR Open Beta roll-out, etc.). I tried to requeue and it said I couldn't, because I was already in a match. I didn't want to make the mystery team I was paired with (which I couldn't see) play a 4v5, so I exited my League client.

Now I'm on a 14 minute lockdown for dodging!!! Any ideas/suggestions what I should do in the next 10 minutes or so?
