Relic Shield / Targets Brace / Face of the Mountain
These items seem to have a mind of their own. I've noticed sometimes the minions wont get executed when you have a stack on the item. Sometimes it'll execute but wont grant gold.

Is there another person currently in lane with you when this happens? (ie, not dead or at base or roaming or whatever?)
