Yasuo attack speed =damage?

he gets static shiv and bang just 2 shots anyone hit by his Q, targets health just magicly hits 0 with 2 hits, but in return he gets hit 6x by person infinite edge-damage and he takes no damage, passive not including nor his windall, can he get fixed plz
