[CLIENT] Champion Select Countdown Timer Sometimes Innaccurate

This has happened for ages, but seeings as apparently I get punished for Riot's mistake, I'm reporting it. When you are in champion select, the timer that says how long you have to pick a champion will sometimes be inaccurate. First time this happened this week, i was in a ranked game, during my promos, and lost me my promos. It said i had 3 seconds left, and then said I didn't pick in time.

The second time was just now, except in normals. Apparently, there were 5 seconds left, but it quit saying I hadn't picked a champion, and I'm waiting 6 minutes to rejoin the queue.

I know riot is focused on the new client, but can you at least fix this, seeings as it punishes people for nothing?
