Locking in but Declined next match

When I was just about to press lock in, someone dodged. I already clicked the "lock in" button and instead of it locking in, a new match appeared and it declined.

I don't know how to fix it, because there are many ways to fix it. You can move the decline button, or add a delay before a new match pops up when someone dodges.

Please don't let this go unnoticed, because it's really irritating.
