Loading Screen Froze

Hi I have been playing ranked game today I'm currently in my 5th game today. Last game, my loading screen froze 2 people didn't reach 100% - one was 15% and the other was 86%. And then the loading screen froze like that.

I had this happen to me before, so I exited the game and re opened the game window, and the game has already started and minions already spawned.

Couuld Riot please fix this important bug? I won the game because I was good, but if I entered the game a bit too long after I might have lost my game. Please don't make the loading screen to freeze. I am using Mavarick Mac OS.
