[Gameplay] Mordekaiser and Sated Devourer Bug?

If you have Sated Devourer and your next auto-attack is supposed to be the double-strike, you can use your Q and all three whacks of the Q will double-strike. It doesn't appear to apply the Q damage twice per swing but it does show the visual effect and I believe it applies other on-hit effects twice. This was 100% reproducible in the game I was in. A friend tried it out after I told him, and it worked for him as well.
