Swain's passive of pulling immobilized champions still works on Gangplank after Remove Scurvy

I am not sure how long Swain's passive remains active on GP, but it is clear that Swain is able to proc his passive even after GP has used Remove Scurvy. Sorry for the camera work, I was just trying to get a quick clip of this happening.

Isnt the soul pulling duration =/= immobilization?

The reason for that is there is a conditional delay that allows him to use it even if it is removed. Its normally around .5-1 second long. A similar thing is like getting hit by a blitz or thresh hook, but it looks like it completely missed you. I can't remember the term they used to describe it, but i'm pretty sure it was called "lag compensation".
