"Your Shop" Bug?

So im unsure if im the only one affected, but my "your shop" button is no longer on my client.

This is from the page when your shop was added; "Your Shop is back! Score deals on champs and skins selected just for you until June 23 at 23:59 PDT."

Is it because a patch is about to go live or an issue with my client alone or a bigger overlying issue with the client?

It's in mine still. I suggest simply reloading your client and see if it returns.
