RIOT, PLEASE FIX FIORA'S PASSIVE BUG!

Will riot ever fix fiora double vital bug? Im fiora main, and i play fiora a lot, and i see this bug almost every game. Its so anoying, and ot hurts laning phase, because fiora's laning phase is all about passive vitals. I reported bug few times also.
