So, selecting champions can take up to 15 seconds

...And that means I keep getting kicked from champ select for "failing to select a champion", while I have a "retrieving data from server" dialog for 15 seconds. So, what, the new servers are too slow to tell you a champ is available, but fast enough to kick you the millisecond your selection window is over? Kinda annoying (aka, "dodged" 3 promos now because of this).
