Launcher does not resume download if download stops

This is a MAJOR issue, as I'm completely unable to play the game if my internet blimps out for even a second. If the download hits 0kbps, it never starts back up, and I have to restart the client, and restart the 2.5GB download all over again.
I've tried over 10 times so far, and the closest I've come to finishing it was 90 MB. This needs to be fixed immediately, as the client should? resume download if the internet were to blimp out for a second.
EDIT: Time to attempt to download the patch again. stopped at 300MB and now its back to 2.5GB Ty bad launcher EDIT 2: Download stopped at 250 MB, now re-downloading the patch for the 15th time. Hopefully it doesn't explode this time... which I'm sure it will.
