I mentioned this happening to me in champ select and my teammates told me it was just my client. Guess not.

This has happened to me as well, and I don't have a clue is to whether it affects nami or if its just a bug.

As of Feb-28-2015 I'm still seeing this. I don't know if it's a bug, or a hint that Nami will get a new skin?
