Game still freezes!

Everytime, around 6-10 minutes, my game just freezes for about 2 minutes. I can still hear sound but the screen is completely frozen. Can't move my mouse, can't cast spells, nothing. Just frozen in place in the middle of a laning phase.

I am sick and tired of this huge bug not being fixed for more then a year now. The laning phase is unplayable and not fair. I don't know what to do anymore. Tried disabling my antivirus, running the game as administrator and still.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, if that's important to know.
