Connectivity Issues

I've been playing normal and ranked games for the past couple of days and my game erratically slowly stops responding to my player movements, while all other players seem to continue to cast their spells and move around. This happens for no reason at all, as my internet is just fine (will still be connected and online on other games, the browser will still work, and connection tests pass as green); all while still at a solid average of 44ms.

The "Attempting to Reconnect" does not show until 2 WHOLE MINUTES later! I can alt+f4 and get out of the "Attempting to Reconnect" loop, but moments later, I will be in the same position. I am ALWAYS able to reconnect. In the past, if it was ever truly a connection issue, the game would give me a black screen when trying to reconnect, as my internet would be down. I would then be aware of the problem instantly.

This has cost me LP and forced me to play from behind every time this has happened. On top of that, (because this community is the definition of sunshine and rainbows) I don't get a single game where this occurs and my teammates are understanding. They spam ping me before I decide to mute them and then they decide to troll because they've assumed I've given up on the game because, in their eyes, I'd rather sit in fountain than play the game, which makes their report seem valid. Let me inform you that I've never won a game where the client decided I wasn't going to win that game.

I will record the next time this happens for anyone that's skeptical.
