Ingame Teleporting scoreboard

Ever had your scoreboard randomly appear someplace vastly different from where you left it without dragging it anywhere near there? Well this is what causes it

When you click and hold on the top bar of the scoreboard to move its position, if you are still holding down your mouse button while you release tab so the scoreboard dissapears. When you press tab again the scoreboard will pop up under where your mouse cursor is upon pressing tab. This can cause the scoreboard to essentially teleport and appear in very annoying and hard to read places, as well as sometimes being very hard to move back into correct position reproduction rate 10/10

Steps to reproduce

1. Press and hold tab to open scoreboard
2. Left click and hold on the top bar to move
3. While still holding left click, release tab
4. Move mouse away from the rough area it was
5. press and hold tab again
6. observe the scoreboard teleporting to under your cursor's new location
